As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic collaboration between Jordanian Universities, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Zarqa University hosted Dr. Maryam Al-Amari from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Yarmouk University.
Dr. Al-Amari led an engaging and interactive workshop tailored for students from various medical disciplines, including pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, and allied medical sciences. The workshop focused on the concept of interprofessional education and its vital role in fostering collaboration across medical fields—aiming to improve curricula and better prepare students for real-world healthcare environments.
The session featured real-life clinical case discussions, which were jointly analyzed and assessed by the participating students under the guidance of faculty members from the involved colleges. This hands-on approach offered a valuable opportunity for applied learning and teamwork in a multidisciplinary context.
