Welcome to the Pharmacy Practice department. This department aims to promote the knowledge of pharmacy students in three main categories: Basic medical sciences, pharmacology and pharmacoeconomics.

The department emphasizes the significance of developing the scientific, ‎professional and social aspects of pharmacy students, in order to qualify them to take an ‎active role in the pharmaceutical care in hospital and community ‎pharmacy setting.‎

The department offers a number of obligatory and elective courses which include physiology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, therapeutics, principles of business of pharmacy and quality assurance, pharmacoeconomics, health policy and management, pharmaceutical care, toxicology ,over the counter medication, international pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, accounting and financial management in pharmacy and pharmaceutical promotion.
