On a special and blessed day of Ramadan, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Yarmouk University organized the first Ramadan Iftar for the faculty students under the advocacy of the faculty Dean, Professor Dr. Fadia Mayas, along with several faculty and administrative members of the college and150 students participated in the event.
The iftar began with a lecture on the virtues of the last ten days of Ramadan delivered by Dr. Mamoun Al-Shamali. The Dean welcomed all attendees, emphasizing the importance of such gatherings in enhancing communication among students, their peers, and their mentors from the faculty. She expressed gratitude to the students involved in organizing the event from the Pharmacy Team and the Student Activities Team at the college for their wonderful efforts.
The iftar included various activities and competitions in which students participated, followed by the distribution of prizes to the winners.
