In a remarkable achievement reflecting the spirit of creativity and excellence among students in the health sector, students Nagham Al-Omari and Sadin Al-Qudah from the Faculty of Pharmacy won the Creative Awareness Competition, organized by the Faculty of Medicine in collaboration with other medical faculties as part of the workshop “Optimal Use of Antimicrobials” held on April 19.
The competition exhibited broad participation from students of medicine, pharmacy, and nursing faculties, where participants presented innovative projects aimed at enhancing public awareness about the rational use of antimicrobials—an important step toward combating antibiotic resistance.
The winning project stood out for its originality and creative approach, as well as the strength of its scientifically grounded awareness message, which earned the two students this recognition.
We also extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Islam Bardaweel and Dr. Aseel Rta’an for their efforts in organizing and supervising the competition.
This competition comes as part of academic efforts to strengthen students’ role in community health education and to encourage them to employ their creative skills in addressing global health issues.
Congratulations to the two students, with our best wishes for continued success and excellence.
