As part of Yarmouk University’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with the pharmaceutical sector and bridging academic education with professional practice, the University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today with Jasmine Oasis Pharmacy, aimed at enhancing field training opportunities for students of the Faculty of Pharmacy and developing their professional and practical skills.
The MoU aims to provide training opportunities for Faculty of Pharmacy students as part of the Community Pharmacy Training Course, enabling them to gain hands-on experience in a professional pharmacy environment and enhancing their readiness to enter the labor market.
The MoU also includes cooperation in organizing training and awareness workshops and lectures, participating in medical and career days and various activities, and supporting continuing pharmaceutical education, in addition to exchanging expertise and discussing the latest trends in pharmacy practice and community pharmacy.
This MoU reflects the ongoing efforts of Yarmouk University and the Faculty of Pharmacy to expand partnerships with the professional sector and strengthen students’ practical training, contributing to greater integration between academic knowledge and professional experience and enhancing graduates’ competencies and competitiveness in the labor market.
